A Wonderful 22ct Gold 1892 Austria 4Fl -10Fr Coin.
From 1870 to 1892, the Austrian Empire produced the Four Florin coin. Produced with two denominations to facilitate easier trade between countries. The front shows a portrait of Kaiser Franz Joseph I with the inscription "FRANCISCVS IOSEPHVS I D G IMPERIATOR ET REX". The back shows the crest of Austria-Hungary, off to the left of the coat of arms is the nominal value indication 4 Fl and to the right 10 Fr. A great coin to add to any collectors or investors stack of precious metals.
